Lentil and Sausage Soup Affordable Meal

 As I look for affordable meals, I came across this video by Mouse Toes. This is an affordable and quite delicious meal that my son went nuts over. Yup, it is that good and quite economical as well. Love it and even hubby was quite impressed. I'll certainly be buying more lentils in the future!
